Who We Are
VISIT Milwaukee is the chief image and tourism marketing organization of the greater Milwaukee area, and continues to be recognized as a major contributor to a thriving tourism economy that supports job creation and the growth of our convention and tourism infrastructure. Our mission is to market greater Milwaukee as the destination of choice for conventions, events and leisure travel, thereby increasing the economic impact of tourism through increased revenues for local business, and increased tax revenues for city, county and state.
What We Do
Volunteering with VISIT Milwaukee means welcoming visitors from all over the world to our community! Conventions and sporting events of all types need your help to make sure their group has the best time possible in Milwaukee.
- Greet attendees at the airport, convention center, and beyond
- Provide directional assistance during events
- Prep packets and convention bags
- Register attendees/athletes and get them ready to go
- And more!
