General Mitchell International Airport VM Kiosk Activation

**When working at this location, please refer to the Volunteer Information binder in the kiosk for instructions and important information**

Important Notes & Reminders

• Park in the hourly structure. Remember to bring your ticket inside so you can attach a parking voucher to it! 
• Once you arrive to the kiosk, please refill any partial or empty racks with partner brochures, OVGs, maps, etc. The more refreshed and full our racks can be, the better! 
• To unlock the storage area and cabinet, locate the key box on the left hand side of the cabinet (behind the True Omni Kiosk). The code is 4250. The smaller of the two keys is for the cabinet. Once you turn the lock, press the lock button to open the cabinet.
• For the storage area, you will have to turn the key 2-3 times to unlock it (you will see the deadbolt move). 
• Finally, please continue to track your visitor interactions here or through the True Omni Kiosk.
