- 6:45 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. – directing attendees from the Hilton through the skywalk to the WI Center
- 6:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. - coveraging registration desk in Hilton Empire Ballroom – informing attendees to head over to the WI Center for the program
- 5:15 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. – directing individuals to the shuttle from Hilton lobby and 6th Street hallway
Wednesday, May 22
- 5:30 p.m. 7:00 p.m. – directing attendees from the Hilton skywalk to awards dinner in the WI Center
