On-site training at the Wisconsin Center

(training sessions happening during center events)

Training: 

• Tour of facility and into to WCD staff
• Familiarity with the desk, Volunteer Info binder, and stocking resource racks
• Practice engaging with visitors, using touch screen, and tracking referrals
