Welcome students and guest panelists for an informative and interactive morning engagement centered around hospitality and tourism careers.
There are a lot of moving parts to this event! As a volunteer for this event you will:

help with welcoming students and panelists,

assist with room seating logistics (The seating needs to be changed from audience style to small breakout groups.)

facilitate a pop up activation featuring the prize wheel and selfies for the group during the wellness break.

0900 Students Arrive
0920 – 1030 Welcome / Tourism Ambassador Presentation and Q&A
1030 – 1130 Panel Presentations/Wellness Break and Selfie Activation
1130 – 1215 Round-Robin Interviews
1215 – 1230 Final Questions/Comments and Farewell
1230 Students lunching at 3rd Street Market Hall and visit area attractions
