The long-awaited 2020 Ryder Cup is just around the corner!  With this event bringing in thousands of spectators to the Greater Milwaukee area and Kohler's Whistling Straits course, you'll want to be sure you tune into our webinar this Friday for a Ryder Cup 101. Exciting news from our partner businesses.   

  • Many of Milwaukee's performing arts organizations will require COVID-19 vaccinations or proof of negative test within 72 hours of events for all audience members 12 and up attending indoor performances beginning this month. Learn more about participating groups here.
  • The Milwaukee County Historical Society invites the public to join more than 110 artists Sept. 11-12 at the historic Trimborn Farm in Greendale for the Harvest of Arts & Crafts. From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day, the Farm's historic buildings will be showcases for the art while attendees can expect great food, beer and wine served up by the Sprecher Beer Garden Fire Truck, plus live music.
  • Northpoint Lighthouse has now resumed weekend hours! You can learn about maritime history, climb the tower for a 360-degree view, and shop the gift shop from 1 - 4:00 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Near Westside Week begins this Sunday and runs through Sept. 18. Learn about events like a walking tour, scavenger hunt and more that celebrate the spirit of this neighborhood.
  • Ex Fabula Season 13 begins this Friday at Nō Studios. Learn more about this evening of storytelling about food and culture here.
  • Looking ahead, the Saint Kate's ARIA is offering a bourbon dinner Sept. 30. Make your plans to attend here.
  • The Marcus Performing Arts Center is looking for paid, part-time ushers. Interested? Learn about what it's like to join their team.
