Shift Assignment:
Greet visitors with a friendly, warm, welcome
Check badges in VIP Area
Support registration tables as needed
Attire:
Blue VISIT Milwaukee volunteer shirt with khaki or black slacks and clean, comfortable shoes. Athletic shoes are acceptable. You may wear a white, black, or cream-colored turtleneck under your polo for extra warmth. Don’t forget your name badge.
Parking: Park in the HYATT structure (Interstate Parking, formally Isaac's). Enter off Kilbourn or Wells between 3rd & 4th St. Your parking sticker will be available at the Visitor Experience Desk (WHITE ENVELOPE IN DESK DRAWER) on the 1st floor; BE SURE TO COLLECT IT UPON YOUR ARRIVAL.
Press for a ticket to enter the garage
Bring your ticket with you to the Center
Validation stickers with a QR code are located in the Center Drawer
Adhere it to the backside of the ticket
When exiting, scan the ticket received to enter the garage and flip it over to scan the validation QR code
