2025 Hispanic Professionals of Greater Milwaukee (HPGM) Summit

Volunteer at the Potowatomi Hotel & Casino to engage with attendees for the 2025 HPGM Summit where you will:

• Welcome attendees to the Summit

• Help attendees find the correct rooms for their various sessions

• Share information and experiences about Milwaukee

• Direct guests under 21 to the escorts

  • Any guests under 21 will need to escorted by a 21+ aged individual when they enter the casino and move from one session to another

Please note: All volunteers (wayfinders + escorts) may be asked to help with room support, as needed, during the breakout sessions. Each session runs 60–90 minutes, so wayfinding duties won’t be needed during that time. Room assignments will be given at the start of the shift to then check in at the assigned breakout rooms between sessions to notify the HPGM team if the session presenter needs anything.
