To celebrate Milwaukee’s 180th Birthday, 414 Milwaukee and Milwaukee Pretzel Company are handing out FREE pretzels at the 7th annual 414 Day flag drop. Join us at Milwaukee City Hall on Tuesday, April 14th, 2026, at 11 AM. Bring your Gemütlichkeit and break bread with us! 

"There's nothing more real and honest than bread. It's solid. It's reliable. It's a friend. And in pretzel form, it's fun for everyone," says 414 Milwaukee owner, Fred Gillich. 

DJ Zac Christian will provide audio production. Visit Milwaukee will assist with staging and awareness. Bel Air Cantina will be serving FREE breakfast burritos and coffee.

As a volunteer at this event, you will be stationed at the Visit Milwaukee booth, where you will:

• Pass out Milwaukee swag

• Share information about the city

• Hold up fun photo ops to get attendees excited

• Celebrate Milwaukee!
