2026 Neurotrauma Symposium: Wayfinding (Baird Center)

Description

Volunteer with the 2026 Neurotrauma Symposium team for an opportunity to:

  • Help attendees navigate the Baird Center and get to registration and various sessions
  • Meet new people
  • Greet guests as they arrive with a friendly, warm welcome
  • Act as a resource for attendees
  • Tell visitors about Milwaukee (things to do, places to eat, how to get around, etc.)
  • Pass out resources such as visitor guides, maps, and brochures

We are looking for two volunteers for each shift. Volunteers should station themselves near the Hyatt Skywalk or by the second floor escalators in the South Building.
