National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) Fall Regional Conferences (FRCs) provide organizations with the opportunity to source candidates on a local level and help fulfill fall recruitment needs. Combining education, networking and job opportunities, FRCs offer the chance to recruit Black Engineers from regional communities.
Each FRC includes a Career Fair, which enables organizations to recruit bright, diverse talent in engineering and other STEM fields. These unique, region-targeted events are the perfect place to match qualified candidates with open jobs and internships on a national level, as well as at regional and district offices. The Career Fair enables students to find local employment opportunities and are ideal for local employers looking to recruit top talent.
